newpkr Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the newpkr platform — including but not limited to registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, participating in promotions, or browsing game content — you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and newpkr ("the Company," "we," "us," "our").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the newpkr platform and must not create or use an account. Continued access to newpkr after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on newpkr.net, including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, Lucky Neko, and all promotional and bonus offers. They are to be read in conjunction with the newpkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The newpkr platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. newpkr does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any form of real-money gaming on this platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or who otherwise lack the legal capacity to contract are not eligible.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) active newpkr account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases, is strictly prohibited.

To access real-money gaming on newpkr, you are required to complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. newpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards applicable under our gaming licence.

Information required at registration includes:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport)
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid email address
• Active Pakistani mobile number in 03XX format
• Residential address in Pakistan

KYC documentation may be requested before any withdrawal is processed and may include:

newpkr reserves the right to suspend or restrict account activity — including withdrawals — pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days of a formal request may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance, subject to applicable regulations.

All deposits and withdrawals on newpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). newpkr does not charge its own transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor are the responsibility of the Player.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on newpkr:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by newpkr's compliance team following KYC review.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remaining on the account balance.
• newpkr reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending a risk assessment or AML review. Such delays will be communicated to the Player.
• Processing times stated above are estimates applicable during standard business hours. Times may vary during bank maintenance windows or national holidays in Pakistan.

newpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this Agreement and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time it is offered. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms solely in respect of that promotion.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all newpkr promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under KYC review, suspended accounts, or accounts identified as self-excluded are not eligible to receive or activate bonus offers.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "25×" means the bonus amount multiplied by 25).
• Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10–20%); live casino games may contribute varying amounts. Exact contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, which will be specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. newpkr reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings and suspend accounts where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting promotions or bonus structures, including through coordinated or systematic play.
• newpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's account at the time of the amendment.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and cricket betting markets offered on newpkr. Specific market rules for individual sports — including cricket (PSL, international T20, Test matches), football, and combat sports (UFC) — are published in the newpkr sports betting rules section accessible within the platform after login.

• All bets are accepted subject to newpkr's right to refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced or bets that appear to be based on non-public information.
• Bets are confirmed only when accepted by newpkr's systems. A bet is not confirmed until the Player receives a bet receipt with a unique bet reference number.
• In the event that an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical error, newpkr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. newpkr will make every reasonable effort to honour genuinely accepted bets where the error is solely on the part of the platform.
• For cricket betting: if a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant market rules as published in the platform. Where no specific rule applies, all bets on the affected market will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Maximum payout per event per Player is subject to limits published in the platform. newpkr reserves the right to enforce these limits regardless of any earlier indication.
• Winnings from settled sports bets are credited to the Player's newpkr account balance immediately upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements.

All casino games available on newpkr — including RNG slot titles, RNG table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker variants), and live dealer games — operate using certified random number generator technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and wheel mechanisms under live dealer supervision.

• The rules of each individual casino game are displayed within the game interface via the information icon (ⓘ) before any bet is placed. It is the Player's responsibility to review these rules prior to play.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games represent long-run theoretical averages certified by independent testing laboratories and do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including disconnection, server error, or display error — the round in which the malfunction occurred shall be void, and any stake wagered on that round shall be refunded to the Player's account. "Malfunction voids all pays" is a standard applied across all casino game titles on newpkr.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own published rules and payout terms. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is processed. newpkr reserves the right to withhold jackpot payment pending identity and eligibility verification.
• Live casino game results are final once the dealer has closed the round. No claims will be accepted regarding live dealer game outcomes after the round has been closed, except in cases of verifiable dealer error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the newpkr platform. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any mechanical, electronic, or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not available to other Players through the standard interface.
• Registering more than one account on newpkr, whether using your own identity, a third party's identity, or a fictitious identity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordination with other Players to derive an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the newpkr platform. Any Player who becomes aware of a platform vulnerability must report it to newpkr support immediately and must not exploit it. Failure to report a known vulnerability and instead exploiting it will be treated as fraud.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the newpkr platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or as an agent, proxy, or representative of a third party in connection with gambling activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without prior communication with newpkr support. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through available legal remedies.

newpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Detection of underage gambling or a Player falling below 21 years of age
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• A pending AML or fraud investigation by newpkr's compliance team or by a relevant authority
• A voluntary self-exclusion request by the Player under the Responsible Gaming framework
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be marked as dormant and subject to closure after written notice to the registered email address

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may voluntarily close their newpkr account at any time by contacting customer support. Players who wish to close their account due to problem gambling concerns are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools under the Responsible Gaming section before or in lieu of requesting account closure.

All content on newpkr.net — including but not limited to software, game titles, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, platform architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of newpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the newpkr platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

The newpkr brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any newpkr mark in any context — including in social media, third-party websites, or print materials — without express written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, newpkr shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from or in connection with:

• Gambling losses incurred by Players in the normal course of using the platform, including losses resulting from the inherent house edge of casino games and sportsbook margins
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, server outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to the Player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access results from the Player's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage howsoever arising

Nothing in this clause shall limit newpkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

newpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising harm associated with problem gambling among its Player community. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified newpkr account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that prevent deposits exceeding a set amount within the defined period. Once set, limits take effect immediately; increases to a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly loss caps that restrict net losses to a Player-defined amount within the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert the Player when a single gaming session reaches a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on account access for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which the Player cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary exclusion from the newpkr platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. During the exclusion period, the account is suspended and no promotional materials will be sent. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.

newpkr collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published on newpkr.net at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a newpkr account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

newpkr collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification (KYC), and ongoing account management
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions in compliance with AML obligations
• Delivering platform services, including personalised game recommendations and bonus offers
• Customer support communications
• Fraud detection, security monitoring, and regulatory compliance
• Responsible gaming monitoring and enforcement of self-exclusion or limit settings

When material changes are made, newpkr will provide advance notice to registered Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform not less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the newpkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may contact support to request account closure and return of any verified balance.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date and version number, is always accessible on this page at newpkr.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under newpkr's international gaming licence and the internal dispute resolution procedures established thereunder.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact newpkr customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to newpkr by email to the support address published on this site. newpkr will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and issue a final response within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt.

newpkr operates under applicable international online gaming regulations. Where a Player remains unsatisfied following the internal complaint resolution process, they may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with newpkr's gaming licence as notified on the platform.
