This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected from individuals who visit, register, or use the newpkr platform at newpkr.net, including all sub-pages, game sections, promotional pages, and support services associated with the newpkr brand. It applies equally to players who have completed full account registration and KYC verification, as well as to visitors who browse the platform without registering.

newpkr operates exclusively for adults aged 21 years and above. The collection or processing of personal data from individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on the newpkr platform, and we take active measures to prevent underage access.

Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all newpkr accounts. If newpkr discovers at any time that an account has been registered by or operated by a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all personal data will be handled in accordance with our data protection obligations (including secure deletion where no legal retention obligation applies), and the matter will be reported to relevant authorities as required by our licensing obligations.

Continued use of the newpkr platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the revised terms.
